Welcome to EWEPIP. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using EWEPIP services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

EWEPIP provides a business management platform including:

• Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Inventory management
• Customer relationship management (CRM)
• Booking and scheduling tools
• Analytics and reporting
• OMNIA Marketplace access

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

EWEPIP offers subscription-based services:

• Founding 100 Plan: 3 months free trial, then $49/month (locked forever)
• Standard Plan: 14-day free trial, then $99/month
• Premium Plan: 14-day free trial, then $199/month

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of EWEPIP is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data. We process data only as necessary to provide our services.

8. Intellectual Property

EWEPIP and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EWEPIP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

EWEPIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
