Getting Started
How do I create my EWEPIP account?
Click "Sign up free" on our homepage or go to the registration page. Enter your business details, choose your industry, and create a password. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
What's included in the Founding 100 program?
Founding 100 members get 3 months completely FREE, then lock in $49/month forever (even when prices increase). You also get priority support, a founding member badge on the marketplace, and early access to new features.
How do I set up my business profile?
After logging in, go to Settings > Business Profile. Add your business name, logo, address, operating hours, and contact information. This information will appear on your OMNIA marketplace listing.
Billing & Payments
How do I update my payment method?
Go to Settings > Billing and click "Update Payment Method." You can add a new credit card or update your existing card information. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Where can I find my invoices?
All invoices are available in Settings > Billing > Invoice History. You can download PDF invoices or have them emailed to you automatically each month.

How do I use the POS system?
The Quick POS is available from your dashboard. Add items to the cart, apply discounts if needed, and process payment. You can accept cash, card, or split payments. Receipts can be printed or emailed.
How does the booking system work?
Set up your services, availability, and staff in the Booking section. Customers can book online through your OMNIA listing or you can create bookings manually. Automatic reminders are sent before appointments.
Troubleshooting
The page isn't loading properly
Try these steps: 1) Clear your browser cache and cookies. 2) Try a different browser. 3) Check your internet connection. 4) Disable browser extensions temporarily. If the issue persists, contact support.
I can't log into my account
First, try resetting your password using the "Forgot password?" link. Make sure you're using the correct email address. If you still can't access your account, contact support with your registered email.
